Shipping

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

Please ensure you verify your address before placing order. We are not responsible if items are sent to the wrong address that was entered by the customer.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order is Damaged/ Broken in transit

Please follow these steps

Email me a picture of proof
Place the contents and its packaging back in the box and close the box
Please store the contents in the box in a safe place out of the reach of children

A claim will be submitted and new items will be sent to you.

The shipping carrier sometimes require for us to send the damaged items back for investigation once a claim is filed. Please wait for me to email you with the okay to discard items before throwing away.

Pick up

Local Pick up is being offered at this time but also please feel free to shop our in store collection at the Closet Boutique beside Saks Fifth or MH Beauty, Mind & Soul beside Belk located in Triangle town Center Mall in Raleigh, NC

Returns

We do not accept returns. Quality is our top priority so if you run into any issues with your item/items that you've ordered please email us so that we can arrange an exchange.
