Every Unapologetically Natural order is prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Before completing your purchase, please take a moment to verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and we are unable to assume responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Broken Items

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Please:

• Photograph the damaged item(s) and packaging and email the photos to us as proof of damage.

• Keep all damaged items and original packaging together and place them back inside the shipping box.

• Store the package in a safe location away from children and pets until further instructions are provided.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will begin the carrier claim process and arrange for your replacement item(s) as applicable.

In some cases, the shipping carrier may request the damaged merchandise, packaging, or shipping box as part of its claims investigation. Please do not discard any damaged items or packaging until you receive confirmation from us that it is safe to do so.

Prefer to pick up your order instead of having it shipped? Local pickup is available, and we’d be happy to have your order prepared and waiting for you.

Once your order is ready, we’ll provide everything you need to make your pickup simple, convenient, and seamless.
